well, what is this Activated carbon material?

Activated carbon is a product of vegetable origin and has the property of absorbing gases, chemicals, heavy metals, proteins, waste, and toxins, for this reason, it is very important for detoxification.
Activated carbon is a type of especially porous carbon that has the quality to trap different compounds such as heavy metals, gases, toxins, some proteins and waste products. it has been used as a substance capable of purifying both water and air and the human body itself, thanks to the fact that it can absorb the toxins existing both in the external environment and in the body. 


It is used for various purposes, including alleviating a hangover, reducing "bad" cholesterol, avoiding poisonings with poisonous substances and curing stomach problems. To understand us better, it is a kind of purifier and antidote within the field of medicine.

To do this you must mix a spoonful of powdered activated carbon with an essential oil (preferably coconut oil) and apply a small amount on the bite. If you do not have coconut oil you can use a spoonful of flaxseed (which also has healing properties) or even flour or cornstarch. Then cover it with a bandage and a material that serves as a support (tape, splint ...) and let it rest all night, to change it again in the morning. Logically this is an aid to relieve the swelling of large insect bites, butIf you have been bitten by something bigger like a scorpion, snake or jellyfish, activated charcoal should be used as an emergency measure while you wait for specialized help.
